1. About Tormami

Tormami operates an online marketplace that connects buyers, sellers, service providers, and other users. Tormami is generally not a party to transactions between users and does not own, inspect, guarantee, or take possession of items advertised by users.

• Delivery or collection arrangements.

Tormami is not responsible for losses arising from transactions between users.

7. Payments

Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information and paying applicable charges.

Unless otherwise stated, payments for goods or services advertised by third-party sellers are transactions between the buyer and seller.

8. Intellectual Property

The Tormami name, logo, Website design, software, text, graphics, and other Tormami-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Tormami a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, format, and promote that content as reasonably necessary to operate and market the platform.

Users confirm that they have the rights necessary to publish content they upload.
